Auxiliary Clothing Limited, (Aux Privé) is the owner of the Website and goods that are sold through it.
The contractual relationship of buying and selling entails the delivery of a particular product at the price shown on the web site.
All goods (“Products”) supplied by Aux Privé are supplied on these terms and conditions.
No order shall be binding on Aux Privé until accepted by Aux Privé. An individual contract for the supply of Products, on these terms and conditions, is formed on acceptance by Aux Privé of an order from the Customer. Aux Privé reserves the right to accept any order in whole or in part. No order may be cancelled or varied after acceptance by Aux Privé, unless otherwise agreed with the site owner in writing.
Please note that management discretion may be taken on all policies and that order acceptance and returns on reduced items may be exised at management discretion.
Payment & Price Terms
Payment must be made in full and on checkout in the online shopping cart without set off or deduction. Aux Privé will investigate any disputed amounts, and if resolved in favour of the Customer, a credit will be issued to the Customer.
Every payment will result into the issuance of an invoice in the Customer's name. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
The prices reflected for each product or service, do not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance or any additional to the product or service purchased, unless expressly stated. However, any additional applicable costs will be communicated to the user before completing the purchase.
The user understands that the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time. In any case, a change of price will always be communicated prior to the formalisation of the sale.
All prices listed on Aux Privé's website are inclusive of VAT as applicable by UK law. All prices are reflected from the orginal price in GBP (Great British Pounds), please note that the current currency conversion will greatly depend on your country’s current currency valuation in concordance with the GBP. Aux Privé is not liable for currency conversions or the reflected conversion in the customer’s bank account. Orders may not be cancelled, once accepted due to currency conversion rates. It is the customer’s responsibility to cross check the currency conversion prior to agreeing to purchase.
Aux Privé is not responsible for any fraudulent orders placed by third parties and does not acknowledge any knowledge of fraudulent orders being placed on the website. In the case that a customer believes an order to have been placed fraudulent they must contact their bank and withstand by the bank’s fraudulent transaction procedures. Aux Privé is unable to reverse funds or release any information to individuals regarding orders that are believed to be fraudulent – this information will only be released to employees of the customer’s bank.
Title to Products
Ownership of the products does not pass to the Customer until the Customer has paid all outstanding balances, whether in respect of the products or otherwise, to Aux Privé. Risk in the products will pass, on delivery, to the Customer. Delivery may not be refused by the Customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are home to receive their order or make arrangements with the courier for the parcel to be delivered to an alternate address or neighbour.
Aux Privé products will be delivered in perfect condition to the specified address in the form completed by the user. If you want your order to be delivered to a different address than the indicated in the form, you must explicitly note it in the section provided for such purpose.
Aux Privé assumes no responsibility if the orders' delivery is unsuccessful as a result of the false, inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the User. It is the responsibiiity of the customer to ensure that they have provided clear and accurate delivery information.
Aux Privé will take all necessary measures so that delivery can be done within the agreed time limits. Aux Privé considers the payment confirmation, as a necessary condition for maintaining the delivery schedule. However, time limits indicated on the web site are estimations and may vary because of logistical reasons or other unforeseen matters. In the case of a delay, the user will be duly informed. The delivery is considered complete from the moment in which Aux Privé or the hired carrier company makes the product available to the user.
There may be a limit of available units of each product sold through the website. If we run out of stock before the end of an order, we will immediately inform you, preventing the end of the purchase process. In the event that the product is unavailable after the order has been made, the user will be informed by email or telephone of its total or partial cancellation. The partial cancellation of an order due to its lack of availability does not entitle the cancellation of the entire order.
Except for those required or implied by legislation, Aux Privé gives no express warranty in relation to products and services supplied to the Customer, and the Customer acknowledges that it has not relied on any representation or warranty made by or on behalf of Aux Privé. Certain legislation may imply conditions and warranties into these terms and conditions. To the extent that such conditions and warranties may lawfully be excluded, all such conditions and warranties are expressly excluded. Please note that liability to customers not reading or understanding policies may not be undertaken by the company. The company assumes that customers take it upon themselves to understand all company policies.
These terms and conditions will apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions contained in the Customer’s order. In the event of any inconsistency, Aux Privé will be deemed, by delivering the Products to the Customer or supplying services to the Customer, to have made an offer to the Customer to sell the Products or supply the services pursuant to these terms and conditions, which offer will be deemed to have been accepted if the Customer retains the Products or accepts the services. Aux Privé reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, where we have our registered headquarters. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom if there is any kind of dispute or conflict. This also applies in the case that the customer is a company.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
The failure by Aux Privé to exercise, or any delay in exercising, any right, power or privilege available to it under these terms and conditions will not operate as a waiver thereof or preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or power.

Aux Privé, it’s name, logo, assets and trademarks are privately owned by Auxiliary Clothing Limited. The logo, name, pictures or any trademarked items should not be used without the express permission of the owner.
