Extended Christmas Returns

All returns MUST be received by the following cut off dates, any returns received beyond this point will be subject to management discretion for exchange only.

UK: January 11th, 2017

International: January 18th, 2017

UK & EU Returns

We offer a 14 day returns policy for a full refund or exchange on domestic orders. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags. Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been excessively or visibly worn and/or washed. This policy may not apply to faulty items. Please email us as items that are deemed faulty are at management discretion.

In some cases, an exchange may be offered outside the 14 day policy at management discretion. Please contact us if you feel that you need to extend the exchange period. This does not apply to refunds.

Please note we cannot offer returns labels at this time but if you provide a receipt displaying send back charges we may be able to refund this in some occasion. This is up to management discretion. Please note that all sale items or reduced items may not be returned for a refund but may be exchanged as with our in-store policy.

US & International Returns

We offer a 30 day returns and exchange policy for our US and non-EU customers. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags. Please note we cannot accept returns on items that have been excessively or visibly worn and/or washed. This does not apply to faulty items. Please email us as items that are deemed faulty are at management discretion.

We understand that for international orders sometimes there may be an unforeseen delay due to shipping methods or customs when returning your items. In some cases we may be able to extend the 30 day policy. We will need proof from the courier or this will be left to management discretion.

Please note we cannot offer returns labels at this time but if you provide a receipt displaying send back charges we may be able to refund this in some occasion. This is up to management discretion. Please note that all sale items or reduced items may not be returned for a refund but may be exchanged as with our in-store policy.

Processing Times

Although we aim to process refunds within 2 weeks of receiving items, in some cases particularly during busy periods, this may take up to 28 working days (Monday to Friday). Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment – no exception will be made on this.

Please note that once we reimburse the funds to your original payment method that it will be up to your bank on when the money in reflected back into your bank account. Unfortunately we have no control over this.

Exchanges will be processed same day once they are received.
