Most orders will be processed and dispatched same day if ordered by 3 pm British Standard Time. Orders placed on Friday by 3 pm will be delivered on the following Monday or Tuesday. Please note that any orders placed after 3 pm on Friday will not be processed or dispatched until the following working day.

In some cases we may be out of office due to business matters or bank holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the following working day that the team has returned to the office.

Please note we do not process or ship orders at weekends or during bank holiday weekends. Your order will be processed and dispatched the following working day (ex. Order placed on Saturday will be dispatched the following Monday.

UK Deliveries

UK orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail or DPD depending on the shipping method the customer has selected. Please note we do not deliver on weekends.

If DPD 2 day delivery is not selected your parcel will automatically be sent via Royal Mail.

Please note that we cannot provide tracking information. If you would like your ‘signed for’ tracking number please email us.

EU & International


EU orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Signed For unless otherwise stated.


Please note that we cannot track orders that have left the UK. In some cases we can see if the parcel has been delivered. Please contact us if you are having issues tracking your order through your country’s national post system.

Please note although we do aim to provide competitive shipping prices, we do send all of our parcels tracked and signed for in order to insure and protect orders in transit.


EU, US & Canada £12.00

International (incl. Australia & New Zealand) £15.00


EU orders aim to be delivered in 3 to 5 working days once dispatched.


U.S. & Canada orders aim to be delivered in 7 to 8 working days once dispatched.


Australian, New Zealand and all orders to the Middle East and Asia aim to be delivered in 7 to 10 working days once dispatched.

Lost Parcels

In some cases parcels may become lost in transit due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that Aux Privé/Auxiliary Clothing Limited is not responsible for lost parcels. However, in most cases when items are available we can re-ship items or refund the order amount provided we have made every step to solve the missing parcel with the courier.

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us if they suspect that their parcel has been lost or if they have not received it after 10 working days.
